We make handmade home decor items with love. Each design will have a slight variation due to the custom handmade work and love that goes into every order.
Unfortunately, payments cannot be refunded on handmade orders. If you are not happy with your order please email at vaishali.nivi.art@gmail.com for feedback and we will try our best to resolve the issue.
SHIPPING INFO
Once order received, products will be shipped withing 4 working days and then will be delivered in 7-9 days (depending on Government regulations for current Covid situation).
Cancellation Policy
You as an customer can cancel your order within one day of your order by emailing at vaishali.nivi.art@gmail.com. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.
